This is not like dropping a pass in a football game. Your analogy doesn't work. Dropping passes at football games happens all the time. This is like throwing a game by purposely dropping all the meaningful passes. Henthorn has a history of maliciously and criminally creating situation that enrich him and defraud the investors. The record has been made public and state and federal authorities are investigating him, but he is a small fish, and our government is incompetent. We all know how long it took them to get to Madoff. We all know they might never really get around to Henthorn. But go to the website of the courts of Washington State and you will see his never ending flaunting of his responsibilities.
