No, it's hype versus reality.

Reading this board, one would thing that instead of the farm bill being 0.2% about hemp and 99.8% about every other agricultural thing in the U.S., it was the other way around.

Sort of like how HEMP, despite having no revenue from product sales in 1Q - 3Q of 2013, is suddenly worth a market cap of over $300M.
