Jtomm: SFNL has more 'red flags' than a baker's dozen. Very scammy imho, but still suitable for trading if speculating is the basis for one's investment. Their 10Q is interim and unaudited. I doubt the auditors would have allowed them to report the Q3 income that they did. It will be interesting to see the 10K once it gets filed. How are they going to raise the $20M in capital that they have planned ?

Jtomm,(On SFNL.ob) I believe if it is part of a total portfolio, there is nothing wrong with going with a speculative investment and that's what SFNL.ob is, I'm not recomending you make it a core position of your portfolio by any strectch of the imagination. I mean those position should be left for stocks like ISSG.ob, USOO.ob, UVIH.ob, SLGD.ob, and many others. SFNL.ob could easily turn into a tax loss, I'm well aware of that. Thanks for the info though.
