Cart before the horse. Even considering an upmost when the company bleeds money and doesn't even come close to meeting criteria is laughable. Focus on implementing a business plan that provides profit, shareholder value and stability. Then once the business is self sufficient you can talk about expansion and moving to a respectable exchange. To do it now makes no sense whatsoever.
