Learning to read the S-1 filing is key to being a good investor.

From the recent S-1 filing.

The Purchase Agreement with Hanover Holdings provides that Hanover Holdings is committed to purchase up to $5,000,000 of our common stock. We may draw on the facility from time to time, as and when we determine appropriate in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement.

Obviously you do not understand "we may draw on the facility from time to time".

I am certain most investors understand this just fine, and of course the shareprice has risen, and will continue to rise because of this financing.
