Be sure to read the last 8-K, they have amassed enough cash, a small hoard, and cash at fixed prices for several years to come to move to Nasdaq now as a major Biotech and they already bought their tech!!!!!

Only problem is no sellers and a massive price gap.

Cancer drug patent just issued last month for the Celtic Biotech firm they formed/bought and the IP they bought from the University about 12-18 months ago that is the Celtic Biotech IP. Slow going, no tradding volume yes, but, bottom fishing tech stock to keep an eye on, IMHO.

I still own about 1% of the float. I own more than the Ex CEO, LOL

The CEO and one investment group own about 98% of the OS. LOCKED float!!!!! Real, new biotech!!!!

No doubt when they decide to raise major cash and up list, they will do a locked float pump PR blitz first!!!! Now that they have an issued patent, the time line may be getting close?
