PS: To add to this, it looks like this business has been in the family for a little while.

Kenneth Bell was the former CEO and Chairman since 2001 and when he retired, Lance was appointed. I'm guessing they're father and son.

This bodes well as this proves this company is legitimate. Ken Bell has been there since 2001 and retired an honest man. Lance takes position and will surely follow Kens good ethics.

So we know a few major things that will instill confidence:

1. Management is good and clean. This is most important as you should ALWAYS INVEST IN THE PEOPLE.
2. Lance went to a good MBA school and his previous work experience is sound.
3. The company has 2 generations that have/ currently run it. This gives us good history to go off of.
