The terms will be important. The potential dilution in the form of shares and/or warrants to the VC is what I am most interested to see. In fact, the potential dilution is what could have led to the recent share price drop. Either manipulated to put the VC in better position to get cheaper shares or because somebody knew more dilution was coming and decided to get out.
Just a theory. We'll see. Either way it isn't like they had any better options.
