Seriously? Is it really your contention that the pilot plant is ready to go, except for flipping the power switch? Do you honestly think the PP would be that far along without the company trumpeting it from the hilltops?
The FACT of the matter is the company has missed another deadline without so much as a peep of explanation to shareholders, who, as usual, are being kept in the dark. There is no pilot plant. For all we know, there never will be. "Business" as usual at CCTI.
