Does one honestly think that Courtroom Judges have not heard every variable of the Unpaid Debtors story before?
Just look at the judgments already on file against Peter and Company....
This is nothing new...it just is that now we have several court actions and company disclosures of numerous defaulted promissory notes on the last released company financials.
Peter and this company does not have the ability to "walk away from their debts"....and it does not have the ability to dig itself out of this financial disaster.
Judgment Day is Rapidly Approaching....
I am truly sorry that so many investors bought high and now are in the difficult position of .0001 and.0002's. I am truly sorry that so many creditors were shafted. But the Due deligence was there to be reviewed and seen.
