Good view, I pretty much feel the same way but I feel there is a lot more than 1% chance, just have to wait it out. It has been a couple years for this Co. and a few more months may be needed or could be right around the corner but with all the pieces adding up here, it is just a matter of time IMO. When the PR comes it will come with force! GLTA go $TLFX!
