I'm not a fan of HEMP, but hemp products are already legal...check out amazon, cremes, rope, etc. The bill only opens up small quantities of hemp plants for use by the universities to make determinations of the future value of hemp being grown for a new industry for America.
HEMP and all the other hemp companies, even the obvious OTC fraud companies buy their hemp or hemp oil from the number 1 producer in the world. China. They are also the number 1 maker of textiles, i.e. clothes, rope, etc....
HEMP and virtually all the OTC stocks are stock plays and shouldn't be considered anything more for retail traders. BTW: the majority of these folks will lose their shirts within a couple of years to the company insiders, funders, and the professional penny traders.
They are easy to spot....all of them.
