Trust issues? Surely you jest. This company and mgmt team is as solid as they come. The product amazing and extremely valuable.

They are avoiding a dilution at the shareholders expense. Do some research as and you 'll see. It's all there in black and white (no gray). After you've done your research, if you don't agree, just move on.

No need to blame Titan for the trading halt. That is a function of their oversight group, IIROC. Just Google for IIROC TMD to see the press release from IIROC yesterday calling for the halt pending news.
