I have to agree. Any promotion of the initiation of the website's operational capabilities coupled with the ticker change will bring about an incredible amount of exposure. THAT is when the company should slowly dilute. However, in the past, the mismanagement of fantastic PR opportunities were wasted due to such ridiculous timing of dilution. Maybe management recognized that it needed a second chance and is receiving some sound advice.
If it were me... run this to $50 pps before even considering dilution. Period.
