I agree, after being there in March of 13, he should have known that the "possibility" was there and this trip should have been to finalize the deal..

I am hopeful, but you don't even have to read between the lines to see that "possibility" is a forward looking statement. Progress has been made, yet nothing has been announced as "signed" or "has begun production". This doesn't appear to be a share price mover up. But it was good to acknowledge what everyone already has known- marking time for greater cocoon reproduction. Go KBLB!
