Agree that diversity on your portfolio is essential. BYSD so far has show to be safe money. Don't lose hope just yet. As far as news on Saturday yes I think it is ludicrous. But maybe not so because they seem to be thinking outside the box here. Do they give 2 sh*ts about us I-hubbers? It is yet to be determined but if it is the whales they are going after then so be it. We are here at a good price for sure if that is their plan.
