As I understand vesting; In connection with his agreement to join the company's Advisory Board, Mulder was granted an option to purchase 40,000 shares of New Visual common stock at an exercise price of $0.31 per share. These options vest over three years. Mulder gets the opportunity to buy these shares @ .31 a share. Not all at once but equally and divided out over 3 years.

In addition, Mulder has taken a further step in tangibly expressing confidence in the prospects of New Visual and intends to purchase additional restricted common stock in the company with a one-year prohibition on trading. Mulder INTENDS to buy more restricted shares. The price and amount have not been disclosed. It shouldn't affect the price of current shares because it will not come out of the exsisting float. But it could effect it, if the amount was revealed as a very large amount further expressing confidence by one industry professional being exposed to the truth behind the scenes.
