Remy provides a lot of incriminating info that could be used against Ottens (false press releases, false quarterly filings by an ex-CEO, etc). Someone should build a case against Ottens, and send those two PDFs to the SEC, along with other supporting information. I would love to see Ottens behind bars for securities fraud.
