I think the most interesting thing you will see is under ALGAEPLAST INC. He has placed $301,000 to start up his new company ALGAEPLAST INC. with 3 billion shares @ .0001 and 10 million shares @ .0001 my guess is the 10 million will be preffered shares.

And as for LIBRA6 MANAGEMENT, CORP it could be the umbrella management company overseeing the other companies, wih him as the only paid employee, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director!
