These are just common gaps which occur in a tightly range bound stock which have no important significance other than to say there is no conviction due to lack of news. The fact this gap occurs at the end of the day is just normal- traders like to think they can influence the close in a thinly traded stock, just to see things return to status quo again at the next market open.

Wait for news, then we will see a large breakout gap that will not look back at .0001 again.
