U guys wouldnt believe me but I live in roseville I install solar and have since 2004. Im a state certified journeyman electrician. ..I saw Sunworks install accross the street from my house. I was recently offered a job at Sunworks and had to decline because of my unvested options from where I work now and lack of benefits they currently have.

What I do know is they are work in 50/60 hr weeks...and are very busy...anyone ever thought of calling and asking if they are hiring...they are...

The weather does slow down installs but in California where sunworks is located we are having the worst drought of my lifetime...folsom lake is soo low their were artifacts and the outskirts of a underwater city revealed...we have had 2-3 rain days and normally have 10-15 by now...or more.

New construction does slow more with bad weather which they dont currently do and if the company is efficient they can possibly do attic work or mount inverters and do ground work in light rain. The ideal scenario is to show up to a job and knock it out in one day with good weather.

Be ready for some good numbers install wise, and im holding and can't see this going any lower but with these market conditions who rly knows.
