When I started trading I went with MF, none worked out after a year. Since I use the site for help but don't open any of their recommendations. $INVN happens to be one position I opened because I liked it at the time at $12.50 and will keep it and believe it will eventually pay back big.
Buy and hold is good for some but sell at 5-8% loss is something others do.
