to each their own, boss. just depends what kind of investor/trader you are. i was speaking for the long term Buy, Hold, Accumulate crowd.
Also trying to warn those who act on emotion, while painting the bigger picture for the reason of the drop (sector trends).
But TA definitely does not let you act on emotion, even though it has its flaws.
If you're a trader it's perfectly reasonable to use whatever method you think will work. haven't seen you post here in a while though friend... hope all is well with you. take care.
