Why SG did not give a specific date to the release of the NATIONAL media campaign for SEEK

IMO, the fact that Scott didnt' release a date for a National Media campaign that was supposed to start in.........2014 could be meaningless due to the fact that SEEK is still a PINK SHEET company.

Scott said that his August 2013 filings were supposed to be his last as a Pink Sheet company.....

Bigger Question, Why is SEEK still a Pink Sheet company?
