I believe but this is not confirmed that they are personal friends and have a mutual interest in various things. I suppose the best way to sum the gov up is that he didn't do their last company any good. A name is just a name, it doesn't equate to value for shareholders.. That's not to say the gov isn't a good guy but it means nothing to the company
