The analyst also mentioned that these companies are willing to pay up if they see value.

Also let it be noted that the media campaign not only exposes THEDIRECTORY.COM to the general public, it exposes SEEK to the mentioned companies
IMHO there will be a bidding war for SEEK the ensues
