Agreed. I have been out for a while, only held for a bit and thankfully did not get bit hard.
Bottom line is that the lawsuit windfall if it comes will take a long time and be a fraction of what shareholders expect - that is the best case scenario.
Daily Fantasy?? - well they need close to 7 figures to upgrade the FTD to be anything like the top in the industry plus they will need min. $5M or more to run the site with proper promotion/guaranteed prize money in order to get a lot more customers and make money in 2014/15. So they need to raise a lot of money.
RealDeal - well that is their only hope and I am losing faith that these guys have the right stuff to get a licence and/or sell the system to others.
