I called Kurt at IR last week and he said they were having some problems with the large brokerage houses... I use Vanguard and had the same problem. Vanguard told me to contact IR and Kurt told me to vote via
Growlife' s website under ( for investors tab). I tried to vote via phone but needed a voter number that I didn't have or couldn't find, think it may have been on the proxy I never got! After that I decided to print out proxy and snail mail it in however I don't think this is a choice anymore since the vote is Friday. I would call Kurt and see what he suggests or go to website and try voting one of the ways listed. Good Luck

I use Etrade I have not seen anything too, look every where.just too busy but I will call today Kurt. Called Etrade last week they couldn't help

Jameskipper - on the fidelity site up in the corner there's a tiny envelope that showed the number one in red on the SUMMARY page which comes up first after signing on. My msg was there a few weeks ago and I opened it and voted this past weekend
