state780 - IMO the main reason why folks panicked over the PS snafu is because they couldn't get their RTQ easily. Folks put up with the fact that the info was outdated w/o question. When PS decided to get religion all of a sudden it sparked FUD...Once folks realized that the RTQ were actually still available they calmed down. Many of us know we are being "played" it just matters if there is still some money to be made...IMHO

When HISC had the same issue PS shut all access to L2 down as I recall. So clearly it made no difference where the destination was then. HISC's money was no good until the info was provided...
