Good, I'll be a buyer sub-penny. If the company truly owns the rights to a large film library by just assuming 5 million in debt, the deal is very favorable to the buyer.
It should also be apparent that this acquisition deal is NOT accompanied by the issuance of billions of shares as speculated. Quite the contrary, actually. That alone should give the stock a boost once dilution settles. If the company should decide to withdraw from its decision to increase the A/S, the stock will gain strength as well.
