Thanks. We basically are in agreement. They also may be getting upfront cash from the 2 new Par deals, although we don't know if any or how much due to the confidentiality clauses of the agreement.
I hope you are right on no further dilution. The same 424 filing states that they will not due another offering until Aug. 2014.
BTW, I do think they knew the CRL was coming due to the fact that a) they are spending money to bring VersaFilm in house and b) today's PR said they had already sent updated info to the FDA that had not yet been looked at.
I also hope the CRL does not require an inspection of facilities, as that would make it a Class 2 resubmit, which takes 6 months from filing. Either way I see the product selling in the EU and US by Q4 of this year
