I received the packet around late Nov., early Dec., sorry I don't remember the exact date. It's a proof of claim, and is in reference to" Lehman Brothers Equity/Debt. Securities Litigation- EY Settlement".

Here is the phone number they provided as well,...888-499-2911. I just started to look at it, and want to take my time with it, as not to fall in some sort of trap a slimy lawyer might have set in my path,...(not that they would do any sort of thing like that).

Again, you have to fill out some paper work, and send it in to them. The phone number is for any questions you might have in regards. It also states I have until April 17th. to reply by.
