They said they wanted to move more targets ahead more quickly. I suspect that there may have been some delay(s) elsewhere based on the existing queues for BSL 3 labs. In addition to having it's own BSL 3 labs, Viroclinics offers an broad range of services for all stages of development for moving a drug thru to approval. IMHO things will be happening a lot faster as a result of this move.
