Nabbss....from what I have read EMS was acquired by Universal Business Payment Solutions in July 2012. UBPS was a publicly traded stock at that time. In August 2013 UBPS changed their name to JetPay (JTPY) and are publicly traded today. What I can't determine is if EMS is still part of their corporate group of companies. JTPY last traded at $1.73 PPS. Question is the ONCO merger with EMS really a merger with a much larger corporate group of credit card payment companies under JetPay...? Cashclan any insight here? Does anyone have any DD here?
