You need to remember there are alot of shareholders with 1 million+ shares who are trying to unload some of their investment. It baffles me why they would sell such large blocks at one time, but that is a different story. With a float which is fully locked these blocks are a great opportunity for new investors to get in cheap before news is realeased and HSCC skyrockets.
