although how could it be worse than submitting a Attorney Opinion Letter to OTC from a DEAD ATTORNEY. I'm moving that one up on my list of stupid things these PINKY guys do. Not quite the level of the newspaper report of finding a CEO and CFO dead in Mexico (SRGE).

I'm am sure it didn't go unnoticed with that little conference call Greg had with FINRA.

Also management spent extensive time on a telephone conference call with a FINRA representative who asked number of questions and made many detailed notes. Additionally the company received a letter from FINRA with additional inquiries that the company answered efficiently and forwarded to FINRA.

I wonder how Greg knew the FINRA rep "made many detailed notes"?
could he hear him scribbling on a note pad? typing on his computer? In all likelihood they recorded the conversation - given it was a "conference call".


There is a history and a pattern with this guy Gregory to explain away things that have been exposed in this scammy shell of his. Might be the reason he is trying to crawl out from under it at this point.
