Going dark is way too ambiguous to leap to any such conclusions. The timing is wrong, the chart is wrong for such timing. Unless Frank O. is shorting his own stock while holding 500m shares.
This move is lengthening consolidation. If it continues long enough, it will stall momentum, causing a break downward which will prevent a successful squeeze. We may always safely assume Frank O. will act in his own self-interest at the very worst, which is why imo your theory does not hold up.
