It's only a PUMP N DUMP if the Company dumps shares after they release a PR.

If BYSD releases a PR about Bitcoins and does NOT sell shares into it then there will be no dump. That's a very poor excuse to continue using over and over as if that's the problem with Pinksheet stocks, they just PR to much....lol.....NO, they sell shares to much!
