i'll try and explain that in theory. remember this is just a thought. since the guy wants 400 million shares and the company is not raising the a/s. they want to sell them i guess at what is current true value. because this investor has more than likely signed an nda and seen the game plan that we havn't. he knows what he is expecting on a return from his millions of dollars.

now on the other side of that. he doesn't have to make his first payment of $500k till 5-1-14 if memory serves me correct. so if something doesn't go down correctly or to his liking. maybe he just returns his restricted certs and walks with his cash.

i'm sure the guy has some motivation for being here and all that remains is to see how this pans out.
