After reading that, I can see why XNRG is in the shape they are in. This guy has no practical experience finding oil. If he were a good executive, he would have an engineer and geologist plugging away at this. By Hiring Vencedor, it makes this a double retail project. Their markup is probably huge. I think I saw where Jerry said the costs were $170,000? WOW, to drill and complete a 1000' well should be about $75,000. Looks like someone is making the cash up front and dont care if they make oil, IMO
