Diluting shares for legitimate business purposes and in the best interest of Solos Endoscopy such as paying for research and development of new technologies and other operational expenses that would create and increase the intrinsic value of the company. I suspect no evidence of misallocation and misappropriation of SNDY shares for the self-serving purposes of management. There may be other viable options out there such as selling bonds and requesting a line of credit given that the markets recovered magnificently from the great recession. It appears management is avoiding incurring any long-term debt with creditors and financial institutions to attract prospective companies seeking a merger/acquisition. Cheers!
