wait, I am getting this right. The average price for those 170+ million shares is .048 cents? AND the warrants cannot be executed unless the PPS stays above 10 cents for 20 days? AND the company needs this money? I would be happy to be corrected on this, so please feel free to do so. As it is, I am repeating info from another post.
