100 dma at .0368!

Not to be a party pooper, but the 100dma at .0368 is because of a recent 1500:1 reverse split that brought the share price up to approx. $0.60 and then quickly down to $0.0001 as unrestricted shares flooded the market. Black gave himself and his insiders billions of post split shares to sell into the market while leaving his early investors (some who invested 5 and 6 figure sums) with barely enough shares to cover the commission cost at today's share price.

We are still waiting to hear from Black if he ever plans to somehow compensate early investors for providing large sums of cash, on the faith that he would grow a successful business, and getting pennies in return.
