emailed IR today and asked if the "within 10 business days" timeframe was still on track. He replied and said "Seems to be". They responded about 15-20 mins after I sent the email. That's a good sign imo

So you're ignoring the perplexing 'seems to be' response, and taking a prompt response to your email to be the 'good news'?

I say perplexing because one would expect the IR guy to be more definitive. 'Seems' opens the door to 'perhaps not', which he certainly couldn't respond with any hope that it would not also appear posted on this board.

I spoke to Rich today and wanted to confirm reg. 25 mil financing that Hawk acquired and he told me it is revolving credit line and there is no share issuance. Merger will happen only matter of time.
