3Saints -- re "He pays more taxes than the top 10 on this board combined" -- you do not know that -- indeed, you do not know whether Carson or Elway pays, or for that matter whether Carson and Elway combined pay, more in taxes than the top one taxpayer who posts on this board

He said what he said. He doesn't believe in a safety net. Since there are currently 3 to 5 people for every one job on offer I don't think the able-bodied are choosing not to work.

You don't believe in a social contract but when we come to your house to take what's yours you'll want big government to send out the police to protect you... (Oh please tough guy, tell us about your weapons. Like you have the balls for that...)

You don't want to pay for a safety net, but I have to pay for the cops that cover your ass? The army that subjugates whole regions of the world for Exxon and Coca Cola? What do you think happens when people are actually hungry in this country? Will you be able to talk them out of minimum wages... have them all tend your lawn for whatever they can get, work day and night at Walmart with no hope of any sort of retirement? That what you're thinking? That what you're calling having some dignity?

How about we just take you out of the equation? Take out your friends... your wife.. your kids.. your dog. Burn what's left of your pathetic righteous kingdom? Think you'll remember what the social contract was about before that happens? Probably not. The one enduring characteristic of all of you "conservatives" besides the fact that you all suck, is that you never seem to remember the limits of your power. Or where it came from in the first place for that matter.

I'm about through talking to your silly ass. You're a pathetic excuse for an American.
