The share count was: float = 1.6 billion; total o/s = 2.5 billion as of last week when several posters reported contacting the TA and Sandy. I have been with this stock since early November 2005 and the o/s has been at 2.5 billion since I first bought in. The 0.9 billion shares are restricted, I believe and held by the company.
