Based on that filing: 13.5M is controlled by insider so that 2.07M might be accurate...that is good news!! $5 dollars here we come...I'm not selling till $5 plus

i don't have time to look now but it's definitely not 9mil IMO... Jeff has roughly 60% so 'at most' the float is 40% of 16,914,693 shares of Common Stock outstanding

BUT i think there is also another large holder out there....

look to the 10k's for more info
