I am not an expert in this area but I don't believe a CEO can just sell shares on the open market that easily. I believe it would have to be made public.
I also believe they are running on minimal dollars right now.
I looked into PFG and could not believe their size. They rarely take on anything new no less a juice. Their size was impressive as they serve 165,000 business clients. This is huge as compared to any food chain or convenience chain.
I am long the stock as I believe in their business scheme and the CEO.
