those SEC filings are so hard to predict a time frame on. They had hoped for the end of Jan. but I have not seen a company yet that has been on time. the key here is that they are working on the 10-k 10qsb and the 15c-2-11 to become fully reporting. An application for the Naz should follow (that's my guess).
Like I said though, time frames for these are unpredictable, MLTO was supposed to file during the Jan. rally contest. TDYH just gave up and sold the company as a pinkie
