back on topic..I am kinda pissed..in Canada here and its traded on the TSX and i have been watching this stock for 3 months now

and of course i havent taken a position yet...i bought another interesting ticker instead BUT of course this went up the week i was thinking of buying

Markman ruling just 1 catalyst of many expected over coming weeks/months. For me it doesn't even rank nearly as some defining factor in the future benefits I will realize from my investment.

I don't buy into this view of making the Markman Ruling as pass/fail decision for Zecotek that I seem to be getting from posts both here and on Canadian forums.

The Markman situ is just further indication to me that Zecotek have very, very good IP that will most likely mature with market demand.

If ZMSPF gets a bump / some icing on the cake with a ruling.
